Recensione Nikon AF 20-35mm f/2.8 D IF Usato
The Nikon 20-35mm f/2.8 D IF is a wide-angle lens produced from 1993 to 2002, it is now out of production but the possibility of finding it used with a significant economic saving remains. This lens is suitable for FF and APSC cameras, it is equipped with autofocus via the reflex motor and there is no image stabilization. The minimum focusing distance is half a meter while the shooting angle varies between 94.5 and 63.5 depending on the focal length opening. At low openings it is quite strong but not at the level to be excessive. The lens hood is supplied, the dimensions and weight are not extremely comfortable, it could be heavy and unbalance the camera during long sessions. The workmanship is classic Nikon quality and guarantees functionality and resistance. The images taken are decidedly sharp but with unwanted blurring on the edges, aberrations and distortions are not excessive and can be easily removed in PP.
The Nikon 20-35mm f/2.8 D IF is a simple lens and suitable for all genres of photographers and photography. It does not require superb technique and can easily be used by beginners who can appreciate all its qualities. This lens is mid-range, the expense is not excessive if you consider that it is almost impossible to find it new, buying it used is an excellent compromise to obtain a lens with good performance at a very competitive price. The investment is recommended if you want to increase your kit with a lens capable of providing beautiful images.
