Recensione Nikon AF 60mm f/2.8 D Micro Usato
The Nikon AF 60mm f/2.8 D Micro is a macro lens suitable for APSC and FF format cameras in production since 1989. The focus is automatic and is activated thanks to the internal motor of the reflex, there is no image stabilization. The field opening settles at just under 40 degrees while the minimum focusing distance, a fundamental characteristic for a macro lens, is 22 centimetres. The lens hood is supplied although, according to the many reviews from other photographers, it is not necessary. A much appreciated feature is the presence of the aperture ring which makes the setting very quick and convenient. The weight and dimensions are optimal for comfortable use and without causing imbalances. The images are characterized by remarkable sharpness and, despite being a 2.8, by excellent brightness. No significant defects were found apart from a slight, unimportant distortion. The materials are of excellent quality and guarantee optimal resistance and durability.
The Nikon AF 60mm f/2.8 D Micro is suitable for every kind of photographer, despite being a pure macro, it adapts very well to different photographic genres such as portraiture or landscape. The price when new is affordable but, considering that it is a dated lens, there is a good chance of finding it used at a reduced price. It can be a good investment capable of giving breathtaking images characterized by exemplary sharpness.
