An innovative ultrasound AF engine allows you to guarantee automatic focus rapidly and silently (Silent Wave Motor) with a minimum distance of about 45 centimeters (operation that can also be performed in manual through a simple dedicated function). The diaphragm has a maximum opening equal to f/4 and guarantees each shot a bright image and with live colors thus making it a highly recommended lens in situations of poor lighting (natural or artificial) or simply if you want a reduced field depth . In addition to the lightness and compactness, one of its many qualities is certainly the very small risk of having a flare effect or a chromatic aberration in the event of a shot carried out in lighting while the only drawback is represented by the absence of an automatic image stabilization system that could be annoying especially if used by amateur photographers or with little experience.
