Recensione Nikon PC-E 24mm f/3.5 D ED Usato
The Nikon PC-E 24mm f/3.5 D ED is a wide-angle perspective control lens that is designed to support professional shooting and architectural and wildlife photography. In fact, it allows you to reproduce even large photographs with extreme clarity. At the same time it is possible to meet the needs of three groups of photographers: architecture, product and landscape photographers. For example, the perspective control function manages to avoid the convergence of parallel lines when you move the lens downwards or upwards. This is a problem that can occur when capturing buildings.
This lens is able to adequately support landscape photographers because they ensure extraordinary focus, both for distant landscapes and foreground subjects. Furthermore, the background and objects remain perfectly reproduced in the same way. This effect is achieved by tilt-shift lenses: consequently it is possible to change the angle of the focus plane without increasing the aperture and is exploited adequately both for shots of animals in their natural habitat and for commercial shots concerning shop windows some shops. The same happens for portraits.
Other aspects to take into consideration when talking about the Nikon PC-E 24mm f/3.5 D ED model are:
- it is not an easy to use lens, just like all the other products in the PC-E series;
- focusing occurs manually. This is a very intuitive and easy process, but it can cause some problems when photographing moving subjects.
