The Zuiko Digital ED 17mm F-1.2 Pro lens is a wide-angle lens that represents one of the most beautiful lenses from Olympus. The field of view corresponds to that of a 35mm on a full frame camera. Its high brightness makes it usable in almost all light conditions and offers the possibility of playing with the focus to divide the subject from the background. The large f/1.2 aperture and 9-blade diaphragm give this lens a distinctive optical design and ensures a beautiful bokeh effect. The 17mm f/1.2 Pro's optical assembly includes newly developed aspherical and ED-DSA elements. This guarantees low dispersion, thanks in addition to the Dual Super Aspherical. The technology used for the construction of the optical assembly makes the lens much lighter, also reducing a large number of errors that usually occur with the use of wide-angle lenses, such as chromatic aberration, distortion, etc. the lens is also resistant to splashes of water, dust and freezing.
