Recensione Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Circular Fisheye Usato
The Sigma 8mm f/3.5 EX DG Circular Fisheye is a fisheye effect lens designed for FF and APS-C format, produced by the well-known Japanese brand since 2005.
It has focusing made possible by the non-ultrasonic Lens AF Motor, and has no image stabilizer.
Equipped with a field angle of 180° and 8mm focal length, it has a minimum focus distance of 0.14 meters and a reproduction ratio of 0.21x, with internal AF and Full Time MF.
The weight is 400 grams, the dimensions average around 74x69 mm, and it has a solid and robust structure typical of Sigma lenses.
With a very sharp rendering, the super multi-layer covering the lens has a good ability to reduce the flare effect and ghosting, thus creating an excellent chromatic balance and the reduction of color aberrations.
With a large f3.5 aperture, this all-round circular fisheye lens offers great close-up capabilities and is especially optimized for use with fullframe SLR cameras.
In terms of compatibility, it is available for Canon EF mounts and its APS-C fullframe SLRs, for Nikon F and Sigma SA with APS-C Sigma SA-mount fullframe SLRs and mirrorless cameras.
It is a high professional quality lens, capable of excellent qualitative performance.
By its very nature, the peculiar 180° fisheye format makes it particularly suitable for fans of the genre, offering great results on the creative profile and a fun and extremely careful use in its purpose. Excellent in particular for close-up enthusiasts.
