Used Yongnuo YN 50mm f/1.8

The Yongnuo EF YN 50mm f/1.8 is a standard prime lens produced from 2015 to 2018, it is currently discontinued. It is suitable for FF and APSC format cameras, the focus is automatic, it occurs via a non-ultrasonic AF motor and there is no image stabilization. The shooting angle is 46.8 degrees and the minimum focusing distance is 45 centimetres. The lens hood is available separately, its weight and size are very small, making it very practical and convenient to use; the materials are a bit plasticky, not exactly resistant and durable. The images are quite sharp even at room temperature, the colors have good rendering. There are no defects relating to the images that could affect their quality. It has a pleasant bokeh effect that manages to render a good three-dimensionality to each shot. The autofocus is not 100% efficient, it appears to be slow and not very precise, furthermore there is a notable risk of front/back focus which could be annoying. The Yongnuo EF YN 50mm f/1.8 is a lens that can adapt to any circumstance thanks to its characteristics. Although it is an economic category support, it manages to achieve considerable success even compared to colleagues of a certain importance. The classic "fifty" cannot be missing from a photographic kit and this could be an excellent investment to try a fixed focal length before moving on to something more professional. The cost when new is extremely low, but since it is out of production it is possible to find it used, in this way you could save a few euros.
