To have your used equipment evaluated, go to the “Sell your used equipment” page and fill out the form carefully; the clearer your description, the easier it will be for our stores to handle the process.
All items we receive undergo a thorough inspection and cleaning process. We are thus able to provide a warranty on every used product for sale.
The warranty covers the free repair of any malfunctioning parts.
The warranty is void when:
Any claim for compensation for direct or indirect damages caused by the malfunctioning of the item is excluded from warranty coverage. The product must be sent to the store accompanied by a comprehensive description of the malfunction found. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the owner.
The warranty is valid only if accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Every product sold by our stores has undergone a complete check-up.

We prefer payment by bank transfer but upon request, we provide the possibility to pay by credit card or other payment services.

No, VAT is not reclaimable.
From a tax perspective, used products are subject to VAT under the margin scheme paid by sellers and not by end customers according to the margin scheme law art. 36 of Dl 41/95.
All items on our site are carefully described and individually photographed; our products generally come with original packaging. The photos in the individual listings show the packaging if available.
We do not photograph accessories.
The original accessories are always included unless otherwise specified.
Of course, all our stores also sell new photographic equipment, available directly in-store, from all major brands.

We process orders by the day after purchase; all our shipments and pickups are done with insured BRT and normally delivered in about 48 hours.
Of course: you prepare the package, and we take care of the rest; when you’re ready, let us know the weight and dimensions of the package you intend to ship, your details, and the date and time you prefer for the pickup. We will send the courier!
Of course! You can collect the goods in any RCE store (not at Partners).
If the store where you collect is different from the store where you completed the transaction, you must pay in advance before collecting; if the store is the same as the one where you completed the transaction, you can pay directly in-store.
All our shipments and pickups are insured for the full value being shipped.
